Molecular Systems Biology is a peer-reviewed open access journal that publishes high-quality research in the fields of systems biology, synthetic biology and systems medicine. Manuscripts are selected based on their novelty and wide biological significance. Molecular Systems Biology has a fair and transparent editorial process to rapidly publish important scientific advances. Topics falling within the scope of the journal include: integrative and genome-scale biology, quantitative biology, computational biology, metabolic and regulatory networks, evolution of genomes and biological networks, systems medicine, synthetic biology and genome-scale biological engineering. Please use the template to prepare your manuscript for submission to Molecular Systems Biology in accordance with the journal’s author guidelines, after which you will be able to use the “Submit to Journal” link in Overleaf to send your files directly to the journal for consideration.
