Japanese LaTeX Template
This example shows how to write LaTeX in Japanese with the CJK package. WriteLaTeX includes a full set of fonts for Japanese, and we use UTF-8 encoding, so you can type Japanese characters directly into your LaTeX source code and have them appear in the output. This example is from Akiniwa's blog post.

LaTeX ePub / eBook Template
This document shows how you can get ePub/eBook-like formatting in LaTeX with the memoir document class. You can't yet export directly to ePub from writeLaTeX, but you can export to PDF. To get ePub, you can download the LaTeX source from writeLaTeX and run it through a format conversion tool, such as htlatex to get HTML, and then go from HTML to ePub with a tool like Sigil or Calibre. See this thread on Stack Overflow for more advice.

SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) Term Sheet
SAFE LaTeX: LaTeX Templates for SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) Term Sheets.
Paul Graham and yCombinator have recently created and publicly recommended
the usage of SAFEs over convertible debt notes. More information about SAFEs
can be found here: http://ycombinator.com/safe/.
This project aims to make the process of making term sheets for your startup
easier. Creating these documents through LaTeX makes it much easier to create
professional looking PDFs and only requires modification of a single file.
This file can also be generated through a script to allow users to create
multiple documents from a list of investors.
